Homemade Granola

I think this granola is going to be the perfect addition to my yogurt snack this first week back at school. Enjoy!

Homemade Granola
servings: 7
ingredients
- 7 yellow containers rolled oats
- 2 orange containers sesame seeds
- 1 orange container sunflower seeds
- 2 orange containers dry, unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 orange containers peanuts-chopped
- 3 1/2 blue containers almonds-chopped
- 1 cup maple syrup
- cinnamon-to taste
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, peanuts, and almonds. Mix well.
- In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Whisk.
- Slowly pour maple syrup mixture into the dry oat mixture, stirring as you mix. Cover dry mixture.
- Even mixture onto cookie sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Stirring halfway through.
- Divide into 7 servings.
