Meal Plan July 10-16

I'm back from vacation and so ready to get back at it with my health and fitness routine! I had a FABULOUS time in Michigan with family and friends and ate pretty good for the MOST part. But I did not get all of my containers in and had my fair share of treats. I also noticed that the worse I ate, the worse I feltI am seriously so excited about getting my eating back on track. Eating right, drinking my shakeo, and working out daily just makes me FEEL good. The plan is complete this week with snacks and grocery lists.
