Sticky Bun Frappuccino Shakeology 

ingredients

• 1 pack/scoop cafe latte shakeology 
•  1 tea caramel extract 
• 1 tea almond butter 
• healthy sprinkle of cinnamon
• 8 oz unsweetened almond milk 
• ice 

instructions 

1. Add ingredients to blender.
2. Mix to desired consistency 
3. Pour into glass and ENJOY!
