• 1 package (or scoop) strawberry shakeology 
• drizzle of honey
• 6 almonds
• 2 t almond butter 
• 8 oz unsweetened almond milk 
• ice 

instructions 

1. Add ingredients to blender.
2. Mix to desired consistency 
3. Pour into glass and ENJOY!
