Pizza Veggies

ingredients
  • zucchini (1.5 green containers)
  • tomatoes (1 green container) 
  • yellow squash (1.5 green containers)
  • parmesan cheese (2 blue containers)
  • italian seasoning 
  • garlic powder
  • pepper 

instructions

  1. Preheat the over to 375 degrees.
  2. Clean and cut veggies into slices. 
  3. Layer veggies in a casserole dish. 
  4. Give the veggies a healthy sprinkle of garlic powder and italian seasoning. 
  5. Top with parmesan cheese.   
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes.
