Chicken BLT wraps with avocado

ingredients
  • grilled chicken, blackened  (1 lb, 4 oz)
  • turkey bacon (5 pieces)
  • 2 1/2 tomatoes 
  • hearts of romaine lettuce (a little less than 2 1/2 a green containers) 
  • 1/2 avocado
instructions
  1. Grill blackened chicken. 
  2. Cook turkey bacon in skillet. Chop up bacon. 
  3. Layer 4 oz grilled chicken, 1/5 of the bacon, 3-4 tomato slices, a bit less than 1/2 green container of lettuce, and about 1/8 avocado onto whole wheat wrap.  
  4. Repeat 4 times.
