Apple Pie Oatmeal Jar

I LOVE apple pie (but then, who doesn't?!) These tasty apple pie oatmeal jars taste just like apple pie, but are 21 day fix approved and SUPER SIMPLE to make! AND you can prep them ahead of time so they are ready to grab in the morning for breakfast or for a filling snack. AND, AND the oats and flax seed are perfect for nursing mamas. (Supposedly oatmeal and flax help boost milk supply.) The mason jars are cute AND make these snacks portable for when you're on the go.

I like to start the whole process by getting my jars out. That way I can layer all the ingredients as I go.

Cut those apples into baby sized pieces. Try not to cut them too big or it's impossible to get your spoon in the jar!

Start layering those delicious ingredients. I do all of the dry ingredients (and maple syrup and almond butter) first. Add a little water after the dry ingredients. You want to soak the oats. I usually stop adding water when the water rises to the top of the oats.

Ta-Da! Delicious, healthy, on the go snacks or breakfasts (that are pretty too)!!!
