21 Day Fix Weekly Meal Plan 2 (1,500-1,799 calorie bracket)

Another week, another meal plan! I took a break from shopping for *new patio furniture* with the hubby and little man to plan out our meals and snacks for the week. Preparation is key to success on any health and fitness journey. If I don't have junk around and my health food is prepped and ready the only option is HEALTHY food! I've also found that planning and prepping ahead of time saves us money (we're less likely to eat out, and less likely to waste/throw away food).
